Take heart, good neighbors, the world indeed is still spinning regardless of what the news media would lead you to believe. Not only are homes still selling, but we've even had two recent closings that were "cash" buyers. And while you've witnessed drastic dips in stocks, mutual funds, IRA's, and 401k's, we've seen a far more modest dip in our housing prices respectively here in the Midwest.
Real property has always been and will continue to be the most solid place to shelter your earnings. And with the current dip in prices (which won't be here forever as you should be well aware), there simply won't be a better time probably in our lifetime to purchase real estate.
